Quotations and availability

Quotations are prepared from the information supplied by the customer and remain subject to availability until the booking is confirmed. Changes to dates, routes, passenger count or services may change the price.

Customer responsibilities

• Provide accurate travel, passenger, pickup and contact information.
• Review the confirmed itinerary, vehicle capacity, inclusions and payment terms.
• Be available at agreed pickup times and follow lawful safety instructions during travel.
• Inform Sai Travels promptly about material changes or special requirements.

Travel conditions

Journey times can be affected by traffic, weather, road restrictions, religious events, local administration and other conditions outside normal operational control. Reasonable route or timing adjustments may be required for safety and practical operation.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellations are governed by the published Cancellation and Refund Policy. Customers should review that policy before confirming a booking.
