Booking Information
Cancellation charges depend on how early we receive the cancellation request before the confirmed travel or service start date.
We deduct 25% of the booking amount received and refund the remaining 75%.
This includes cancellations made in the same travel week or two to three days before departure. We deduct 50% of the booking amount received and refund the remaining 50%.
The refund is calculated from the booking amount actually received by Sai Travels. The applicable 25% or 50% cancellation charge is deducted before the balance is refunded.
Any request to change travel dates or services will be reviewed separately and does not automatically qualify as a cancellation or confirmed rescheduling.
