Booking and Payment Policy

Requesting a quotation

Provide your travel dates, pickup and drop locations, destinations, passenger count, preferred vehicle and any hotel or catering requirements. A quotation is based on the details available at that time.

Booking confirmation

• A request or quotation alone does not confirm vehicle or service availability.
• Your booking is confirmed only after Sai Travels communicates confirmation and receives the payment requested for that booking.
• Review the route, dates, passenger capacity, inclusions, exclusions and cancellation terms before making payment.

Payments and invoices

Payment instructions and the amount required for confirmation are communicated with the quotation or booking discussion. Use only payment details supplied directly by Sai Travels through its official contact channels.

Where applicable, an invoice or payment confirmation will record the service, amount received and outstanding balance.

Changes to a booking

Changes to dates, routes, passenger count, vehicles, hotels or catering are subject to availability and may change the quotation. A requested change is valid only after Sai Travels confirms it.
